Poor Joe. He can't open his mouth without his foot jumping up and crawling inside. But not suprisingly the mainstream media barely touches on it. But there is a difference between a gaffe and a flat out lie.This is one of his most recent gaffes:

First off, FDR wasn't president in 1929, that would come three years later. And even if he had've been president he wouldn't have got on television. It was still newfangled at that point. Now Katie Couric is either too stupid to notice or too in the tank to correct him but it says just as much about her as it does Joe Biden.
